Amazing customer service. Bought a bike there and he was honest and friendly. Really polite and helped with quick check of bike before I left. Highly recommend going there even if you want a cheap bike as they offer good prices.

My teenage son and his friends took a long bike ride from Boston and ended up in Horncastle. One of the lads had a puncture. They enquired in the shop about the costs of new inner tubes. This shop sorted them out and made sure they were safely on their way. Thank you so much

Exceptional service. Jake is very knowledgeable and can't do enough to help. Bike service is great value and the quality of work is brilliant.I won't be using any of the inexperienced competition now I've been to Greenan Cycles.Definitely Horncastles best bike shop.

Friendly, expert help to keep my beloved high-mileage Carrera on the road. Apart from the frame and forks, I don't think there's a part he hasn't replaced for me! He came to the rescue last year with ergonomic grips when I thought I might have to give up cycling due to carpal tunnel. Highly recommended for bike repairs, accessories and new purchases.

Perfect service! I was on holiday and my MTB brake got stuck. Eventually there was a severe damage but the guys here fixed it so my wife and could roll this beautiful country again!
