I listed with Andy and Graham @ Beaumonts following the recommendation of a colleague. This was my first time selling a property and Andy and Graham managed my expectations well both before, through and after the Corona lock down. Nothing was too much trouble, they always responded in a timely manner to my enquiries and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I have already recommended Beaumonts to another friend.

Amazing local estate agents. We used Beaumonts when buying our house in Fiveways back in 2013 and recently used them as our agents when selling the same property in 2020.Both Andy and Graham were very professional, attentive, patient and very honest. Their knowledge of the local area and markets were key factors in getting our house sold and I really cannot speak highly enough about them.If you're buying or selling in the area then I thoroughly recommend speaking to Beaumonts.

We were interested in Beaumonts for selling our house because they have a good reputation for gaining high selling prices and are well respected locally. On meeting the partners who run the business we experienced a personal, listening approach which supported us through the selling process and gave us confidence that the buyers would be experiencing the same detailed service. This people-centred approach was important to us: teamed with the use of national selling websites and an understanding of the market it gives you the best of both worlds. A delight to work with.

Matt at Beaumonts was great at communicating at each stage and we felt he was much more on the ball than the other agents in the chain. Not sure the sale would have completed without him being proactive.

Discriminatory practices against freelancers. Draconian contracting. Health and safety issues in the apartment throughout the entire rental. Respond to issues and sent out repair people quickly. No fault eviction 4 weeks before Christmas. Spent all Christmas packing. Usual estate agency quality you get in the UK. I'd say they belong in prison, but that would be an improvement on their rental accommodation, perhaps they simply deserve to rent from themselves. Approach with care.

We sold and bought through Beaumonts in 2020/21 and I can honestly say that Graham and Andrew were superb throughout the whole process. They were highly attentive and made sure that we were kept fully informed. Without their help, I don't think we would have managed to find a buyer so swiftly or secure the perfect family home for us.

Society can tend to place estate agents in a fairly unsavoury bracket. My experience with Beaumonts has been the complete opposite. Friendly and helpful way above their required, Graham from Beaumonts provided a calm and re-assuring service. If you are thinking of renting, I would suggest dropping them a line and let them take it from there. Wonderful experience.
