Myself and 3 flatmates have rented a property in Manchester with MJC for 3 years. Their customer service has been consistently excellent (often replying to queries on same day) and they are particularly student friendly. They are very flexible with tenancies, allowing us to roll over contracts and replace tenants mid contract.My only complaint is their administrative services could be improved. On multiple occasions did I not receive emails because they had the wrong one on file, even after I corrected them. This led to a problem when having my deposit returned.

Possibly the best estate agents you will ever meet!!!! Charles came to value my property, he was thorough and clearly had a great understanding of the local area, he talked to me about the current market and advised on the appropriate price to market the property at. His fees were the most reasonable and the package he offered me suited my house sale needs.From the moment I called MJC to book the house valuation Imogen, the sales manager, was on the ball, her attentiveness and great communication skills meant I knew exactly what was happening every step of the way. I marketed my house with MJC impressed with the service I had received in the first instance and I wasn't disappointed moving forwards either. Within a week of the property being listed I had 13 viewings booked in. We launched an open day as a result. The offers came flying in and I had sold the property instantly. MJC recommended we used two of the conveyancers they held in high regard and I had the sale proceeds in my bank in less than 4 weeks. The quickest easiest conveyancing ever.If you are looking for a slick, no hassle sale, these truly are the guys for you. Thank you MJC you have been phenomenal :)

Just a short note to say thank you in connection with the sale of my property at Ingbirchworth.The house was previously with another Estate Agents, that shall remain nameless for the purpose of this testimonial. Upon Charles viewing the property on Right Move he advised me to have professional photos done by Mark Flynn and also a professional drone fly-by, done by Alex Bairstow.This immediately increased the number of hits via the internet and ultimately the sale of the property.The house completed on Thursday last week, selling houses can be very stressful, however, the whole process was very smooth without any issues.With the MJC fixed price house sale package, I saved approximately £4,000 on what the previous estate agent would have charged.I will definitely be recommending MJC Residential to contacts, colleagues, family and friends.

This estate agent is extremely useless, they do not take maintenance issues seriously - we reported issues with flies blocking lights in the bathroom and they never got back to us in over 5 weeks even chasing multiple times. They also do not know everything about the properties they are managing - we were never informed about a water meter in our property and told they didn’t know there was one. Would not recommend this estate agent at all.

Been renting with them since may and have had various repair issues that needed sorting , they did eventually sort it but I’m still awaiting 2 repairs which was arranged for a Friday and I reminded them and also sent text out to ask if it was still going ahead , recieved no reply till around 4 days after. I also asked them to message the landlord about the kitchen and it’s been 3-4 months and I haven’t heard back … the last I was told is that the landlord asked for images. Not happy currently but will review again in 6 months to see if anything changes. Also they put new lino down in my kitchen and one of the fitters ripped my vinyl so always be home when they are doing repairs

A complete, catastrophic failure of building management. The Chapel's internet access is constantly stopping and slow when it's on and cuts off multiple times a day for multiple hours. The staff also recently sent out letters with the wrong billing information, then had to issue a correction via Facebook.If you require internet connectivity from home to finish your degree avoid The Chapel at all costs.Edit: In response to your reply, MJC. This excuse has been handed to the students in the Chapel nearly verbatim over and over for a month. The excuses do not alter the deadlines these students are facing. There is no evidence that anything is being done to remedy this situation, as the internet has been unreliable at best and unusable at worst since the end of August. This situation is inexcusable.
