Please be careful with this Company. Their main objective is to pretend that they would provide excellent service , make reasons and extract money stating that they need monies to procure some items for the cleaning work and then they would vanish and not respond to any texts or calls.I had a horrible experience with them. Two ladies who came for work on Sunday 28 Feb 2021 worked for 6 hours then told us they will come back on Tuesday 02 Mar 2021 they have to buy painting materials and took £ 350 and left which was transferred to a personal Account of Jane Knott and never came back after that. Calls Text messages do not get proper answers. Never informed us of anything and we kept calling them and finally after close to 20 calls, they came back with an excuse that one of them had an accident. Post which making excuses that they are not interested in completing the work that was promised. We would be reporting them to concerned authorities for Fraud. Worked for 6 hours and claiming that 14 hours of work was completed. It is the worst experience anyone can have with them.The Owner's reply again proves that they are a fraudulent Company and take no responsibility for their Actions. The 2 Girls were not wearing any masks or Gloves and not following any Govt. Guidelines. They took the Money into a personal Account stating that they wanted to Buy Paint and would be coming back on Tuesday 02 Mar. If they had no plans to return for work they shouldn't have taken money to Buy Paint and instead told that we are not going to come henceforth. This is cheating.Today when I call their landline it says it is temporarily out of Service. Very fishy isn't it?The apartments is ours and we have the right to stay in the apartment we were helping them in taking stuff in and out of cupboards as a company government rules and regulations have not been followed they were not wearing any masks and glovesWill be taking legal action for fraud and cheating took monies saying they want to buy paint and took into the personal account said they will come back on Tuesday the monies was paid to the personal account of Ms Jane who took the monies and vanished for which we have valid proof did not complete the job said will come back on tuesday never came back
