Location terrible, no customer waiting, no nearby amenities to wait in whilst the work is carried out. Technicians were great, lovely chaps.

Did a fantastic job if my side window and within the allotted time. Only issue was that I waited over one week. Thus could have been because of lockdown. Definitely recommend.

Used the worcester Bromyard depot (more like cabin). The service and staff where amazing! Had a text from the technician Steve, informing me they were running ahead of schedule so started earlier than expected. When on site they where very accommodating to customer needs etc. Explained the process and aftercare clearly. Happy customer = Happy days.

Marked down as local branches had very long booking times (including mobile) that ran into weeks.Oldbury branch had only a 2 day wait and were very efficient, including covid awareness.Each slot started as a 5 hour wait, but this reduced to 2.5 hours on the day, and only an hour in practice.

Much faster than the quoted time to fit a new panoramic glass roof to mh Peugeot 308. Head office quoted 4hrs....dropped car off at 8:00 and it was finished by 9:15.
