Nita is amazing at what she does , over the years I have seen many osteopaths , physical therapists , reflexologists, the list is endless but all of them combined have not addressed the issues at the root of the tree, upon undergoing therapy with Nita , my back is so much stronger and my mobility has increased tenfold.I cannot reccomend Nita enough, her work has changed my life for the betterment and I am reaping the rewards from it as I type.Thank you so much Nita ,You are amazing,Keep up the good work.

Nita is a very kind and compassionate individual, who goes the extra mile to help and listen to her patients. Before visiting Nita, I was suffering lower back pains , hip pains (with limited movement) and issues with my digestive system.I contacted Nita to help with my health issues. Nita handled my request professionally and did a thorough investigation on my diet and overall lifestyle. I then booked in a face-to-face Osteopathy (treatment on injuries) and Naturopathic (advice on diet) session.During the Osteopathy session, Nita provided the appropriate treatment for the injured area and offered further education on the body and movements. I felt the manipulation of muscles and deep tissue work really helped the bodies range of motion and flexibility.For the Naturopathic session, Nita outlined the functions of the digestive system and ways to help maintain a healthy gut. To help this process, Nita offered advice on my diet and sublet ways to add in more vitamins and nutrients to my day.Following Nita's suggestion- I've gained weight , sleeping better , concentrate for longer periods of time and more overall energy.I can honestly say that my overall health has improved massively and feel more confident with everyday movements and tasks (lifting,walking, jogging etc).I highly recommend the service and will be visiting the clinic again in the near future.

I have only recently started seeing Nita and already she has managed to improve the pain in my lower back. She is friendly, professional and approaches problems by assessing the whole.body and not just the area concerned.
