Me and my wife love the store, there is some very good discounts you just have to look for them. Friendly staff are happy to help. Also worthwhile having a look at the new discount section in store

Excellent advice and a beautiful store with so much choice. I always thought Hopewells would be a very expensive store but the price was as good as anywhere else for what we wanted, and with far better service!

Top quality furniture shop with good staff and after sales service so don't expect cheap furniture, we have purchased from them on a few occasions and I hope we will no doubt purchase again in the near future

We had a party nextdoor and thought it was a good Idea to park in Hopewell whist doing some shopping there and wait for party to finish. My wife takes the kids and I am doing the shopping. Just when I was sitting down (after making mind what to buy), the manager came out and implied I am exploring their parking and taking advantage of them. Surely their rule for the parking is one of us staying on site and I even made a purchase which I think would compensate the parking charge and we spent hundreds of pounds in the past. I neither explore the rule not violate the custom common sense. Unfortunately none apologies were given to me in the end and this will be the last time we shop there. So arrogant and have to say this also applies to their price. Whoever wants to shop there may find better option from TK Max etc. With that many shops closed and people go online shopping, and this kind of poor customer services. I wish them good luck lol.

Great interior shop. If you want one off pieces or just nice quality furniture and home accessories this is the place. They do lovely mirrors, coffee tables and console tables. They also have a very large selection of carpets and rugs. The bedroom department has loads of beds to choose from also

As a long standing customer I can't fault this store, they have the best of the best and certainly make you welcome every time you visit.Once you have had your look around don't forget to visit the Little cafe, homemade cakes and a nice cuppa really completes the visit...

We had ordered Two Duresta sofas from Hopewells and knew there would be a long waiting time for delivery. Sadly, after several months waiting, one sofa was accidentally damaged during the delivery and we were very disappointed. However, the Team atHopewells have made every effort to rectify the issue, none more so than Mr.Alan Ball.Excellent service. We are happy to rate at 5 Star.

My husband and my family have always enjoyed popping into Hopewells, my parents bought their furniture dating back to the 70’s and it lasts and lasts.Everything is so individual and they have a nice little rooftop cafe too. (The outside bit would look even better if they did it up as it has great views)We had a lovely new mattress last year as we were fed up of buying mattresses that just don’t last or aren’t comfy.We bought a really nice floor lamp that looks great and a couple of rugs too.We wanted a couple of new knives and table mats so in the end picked up three colourful knives that work really well and some nice table mats.The staff are helpful and friendly and we would definitely recommend the shop.

A very large selection of furniture for the home, although it does come with a high end price tag. Furniture is amazing and spread over a couple of floors, half way round stop for a drink at the small cafe with outdoor space too. But where have all the bedroom furniture and beds gone?

Not only are the products of very high quality in general but the service level is excellent. They have a deep sense of customer" in fact it took me back to the days that I used to work at G A Dunn and Co as a manager when gentlemen used to come for fitted suits and tweed jackets and everybody was called sir. Madam had a seat and was well looked after with tea and coffee whilst sir was persuaded to try on probably the only things he would buy for the next 10 years LOL. I use this analogy because this is like hopewells you going you get served extremely well you get looked after as a customer and when you buy something it will last you a long time. The experience of buying at hopewells is as good as the products themselves. It is a family business in fact I was served by one of the directors and I spoke briefly with one of the family. Our family has a long history with hopewells and after having an horrendous experience with a retail chain and finally went for quality and was amazed that it did not come with a Premium price tag.I'm extremely happy with my purchase but what I'm most happy about is the service. It took me almost 3 hours to buy a sofa and a bed but I actually feel that I was listened to and that I was asked questions I hadn't thought of and I was not push towards the most expensive product in fact far from it! I sincerely believe hopewells have the customer experience and our interests at heart. Well done and a fabulous 10 out of 10 review from me.Finally before I go the rooftop cafe in the summer is Glorious but if you're in the city centre it is worth popping in to the cafe here as they do some very nice food!"
