Staff is very friendly and helpful I bought a new phone.They helped me to transfer my data to the new phone on extra cost also they gave me a free Screen Protector.I am really happy with service.

i took in my apple watch to get the screen replaced and the said it would be £80.i then didn't hear anything for a week when they said it would be 3 days once going in again they said it would be done in another 3 days.i then get a message saying that the lcd screen had broken and had a line going though it and that i needed a new one.i said i didnt want the work doing anymore that the are to leave it i would pick up the apple watch next dayi turn up i showed them a video of the LCD working perfectly before i gave it the him and then he tells me that they fixed the watch anyway and that i was to now pay £120 for it and i said i was not paying for work that i said I didn't want when i have the proof off the messageshe the took the screen off and to the LCD with it leaving my watch with nothing not even the original LCD screenwhen walking out shop took a photo of damage and missing screw inside

While they did actually fix my laptop, they never contacted me once in the four times I left my laptop with them to get it fixed. They would always tell me they would call or text and never did until threatened with a bad review.On top of being uncommunicative they were also inattentive. When I told them that I would be able to pick up my laptop on a certain day as I would be on holiday, they completely disregarded this and told me that the laptop wouldn't be done for another week, despite them having the laptop for three weeks at that point. They also were uncommunicative about when the laptop could be picked up: from 'It will be ready on Tuesday' a week before, it became 'It will be ready on Wednesday' the following Monday, and when I tried to pick it up on Thursday, they told me it wouldn't be ready until later that day. Unacceptable behaviour considering they had the laptop for four weeks for a job that only takes a maximum of 10 days to complete.

Very Good Customer service work within specified time My phone was water damaged they just do a miracle and fix it within few hours co operative experienced and friendly staff will visit them again Shop is also very clean
