I would never again in my life go to this shop the lady with the scarf on is very rude arrogant disrespectful she actually swore at me and my wife while we had our kids with us and threw us out of the shop all we asked for a discount and she was so rude she needs to the needs to learn some respect

When i first walked in with 2 friends the lady with the scarf whispered something about us to her colleague, I ignored that. Other than that she was nice. Found a nice bridal set from here, there was a price tag on the back that said it was for £120 the workers also said £120. I sent someone to go pick it up a few days later as I'm not from the area and the workers tried to rip my friend off and said £195! When they were reminded that I was quoted £120 they gave it for £120 absolute joke. Greedy.

Absolutely amazing jewellery and service

Avoid at all costs, keep changing prices and rubbish customer service! Better off walking around to other shops who are willing to help their customers.

First time I went to this shop there was a lot to choose from but the lady with the scarf was not very helpful in helping us select what I needed she seemed to busy pricing up her jewellery. And it was mega hot in the shop could do with a Air con or fan. Other then that nice shop
