At a very difficult time caring for my husband the service of Loidis Care Service was a blessing. The way my husband was treated was brilliant and so caring. Thank you Pauline.

I can’t thank our “pink ladies” enough for the care they gave to grandma. It was terribly hard to begin with, allowing strangers into our world to take care of her ❤️ It was all alien to us and extremely scary territory. Each and every one of them treat her with the utmost care, respect and dignity. Forever smiling, positive, reassuring, gentle, kind and making her feel at ease, which put us at ease too. The overnight stays, just chatting to her, just listening, allowing for us rest. They shared in some of our ups and our downs. We will be forever grateful to Pauline and her team of angels for helping us all through the most difficult time of our lives. We would never hear or tolerate a bad word against them. The care provided to my mum was exemplary. The arrangements for the visits were made quickly (Farrah called in person to see me the same day as my initial contact and the care package we agreed was put in place straight away.) The ladies were very kind and caring. They were respectful towards my mum and the fact that they were in her home. Everything was exceptionally well managed, and they were so helpful and supportive when my mum's health failed. Farrah and all the team were excellent.

If I could give 0 star I would. AS a pet owner have carers scared and or allergic... RUN AWAY... have only been with this company since MONDAY 13TH June 2022. Don't ask a client who's pets are emotional pets to be removed from room, they are in my medical records, if removed from me even a little bit causes MH issues. Thanks but never again. I hate care companies in Leeds.
