Due to the delivery driver being delayed he went into the garage on Sunday to meet him to ensure our car was loaded up ready for delivery early on Monday morning. Excellent service. Was recently looking for a special performance car to use alongside my daily driver and spotted a used Fiesta ST which appeared to fit the bill. I live a long way from Westbury so had to rely upon the salesperson to accurately describe the car and its history which Rhys did and I felt that he could be trusted (no mean feat given the awful experiences I have had this year with two main dealers and a sole trader) so paid a deposit.Visited them a few days later and Rhys took all the time I needed to inspect the car, review its history and answer my many questions along with keeping me looked after with tea. I decided to buy the car and travelled to Westbury yesterday (29.11.23) to collect the car. Everything we had talked about had been done and the car looked amazing.Had a great drive home and am sat looking at the car gleaming in the sun as I type this review.I cannot recommend Rhys and the team at Westbury Ford highly enough, probably the best car buying experience I have ever had (and I have had more than a few!) thank you all so much and here’s to many happy miles and smiles in the Fiesta.

I have now gone back to Westbury ford for my car’s service and requirements. The change of hands has not altered the high level of customer service I knew them for before.The service manager Dom is outstanding and I feel bad stopping him as he always seems busier than a Christmas elf on December 24th.
