Very very rude. Called to say I had arrived outside the gate and got told she had no interest in what I had to say and told me to “go away”. Have been using this cattery for years so it’s such a shame.

my two cats ( Bogart & Beryl) have been here 5 times and always come back very relaxed i have booked twice again this year and will continue to in the future a very well run happy place
