Station Guest House
The place itself was lovely, and the owner was pleasant and very helpful, but I was woken up at 4am by railway maintenance blokes cutting branches down with a chainsaw :( right outside my window.

Such a great little find. We booked a room very last-minute so we didn't really know what to expect. Location is brilliant for taking in the sights of Lancaster (as we were). Our room was really cosy and quiet despite it's proximity to the train station. The host was lovely and friendly. Definitely good value for money. We'll return next time we visit Lancaster!

Large clean well furnished rooms with a fridge as well. Secure free parking in heart of city. Friendly and helpful host. What more could you want for the price highly recommended.

Fabulous gem of a low priced, great quality B and B. Does not take cards, pay cash or cheque and this keeps prices low. Met on pre arranged late arrival by very helpful and friendly manager. Room was well equipped: fridge, tea and coffee, TV..bed blissfully comfortable. Quiet location yet near M6. RECOMMEDED

My mum and step dad went and they said it was a really nice place to stay. The owner was very welcoming and polite and they would love to stay again :)

Excellent value for money and location. Lovely looking guest house with simple rooms. My room wasn’t perfect (taps a bit loose, shower a bit weak) but for what I paid I’m not complaining. If you need a low cost, clean room in a pleasant guest house you would be pleased with this one

Nice pleasant room comfy bed and amenities great host superb for train station and walking into the centre of Lancaster, would recommend will check this out for availability next time we visit Lancaster, only one thing missing is a breakfast otherwise it's ideal

Great guesthouse. Free parking which is rare in Lancaster. Very handy for train. Nice room and very clean. Owners are very friendly and helpful. Great overnight stay
