Disgustingly rude. They put someone in the phone who's English was not the best, he got my order wrong and then got rude to me! It was a collection order, if I would have had it delivered I would have been done for.There was no respect or apology, just blame. And very very rude. Not a professional team at all. None of them have a clue what is going on.And the worst part is, the food was actually really nice! So it's just a massive shame. But it's not worth it when the staff are so rude.

Order a donner kebab and a Americano burger with cheese chips on both. Paid and ordered through website. Went to takeaway to collect it and I had already paid and they tried to charge me another 11 quid on top when it should of only been 2 quid I had to pay for the cheese on the chips. Bloke behind the counter wasn't very copoerative and then tried to charge me a tenner when I said no I've already paid and it stated that on the receipt. Tried to charge me 11 pound on top of the £9.90 I have already paid and then trying to charge me a ten pound on top.

Made an order online and waited an hour and didn’t show up so I rang them at least 10 times and when they finally answered the had no recollection of my order and ended up putting the phone down on me. Never order from them again.

I'm never ordering from here again because the delivery took over an hour.Once the food was delivered it was burnt and cold.Was'nt as good as last time.If you want someone's business then the food should be consistently good not burnt,cold or missing

Ordered food to be collected, the man on the phone didn’t give me a specific time so I set straight off. when driving towards the restaurant I noticed there was no lights on and the shutters were down at 20 past 11, they normally close at 12, it had been a max 10 minutes from ordering the food and getting to the restaurant!

Staff member are great however the owner is very rude no respect for his staff or customers food is great however customer service is lacking. The old owners where way better

Chicken fillet burgers were great no complaints,The half pound spicy burger was bang on tonight aswel also ordered a piece of sf chicken wow that was spot on good piece of boneless chicken keep up the good work and service hard to find a place like this nowadays
