I want to share a cautionary experience with Ideal Properties. Living conditions are consistently poor, repairs are neglected, and rents fluctuate arbitrarily. The alarming part is their possession of double and triple keys, granting them access without consent.Encounters with their representatives have been distressing, including aggressive approaches for arrears and unsettling street confrontations in Luton. I've been in the process of buying a property in Luton for about 1,5 years and tried about every agency out there. The majority of estate agents I've met were barely out of school and usually had little knowledge about the property they presented or the real estate industry in general.I was lucky to come across with Ideal Properties. I think that Ideal is the best real estate agency in Lut.Mr Nasr and Abid are really good helpful persons and they helped me to find what I was looking for, I appreciate thier support.And the staff are very respectful and kindly and thier responsiveness was incredible. If they didn’t pick up, they always call back no longer than 5 minutes later.If I texted them a question or an update they would often respond in 2 minutes or less.
