As usual, fab service, friendly team on reception and doing the piercing. Everything is scrupulously clean or disposable. Fantastic!Rook piercing is today's, but Urban Piercings have done all but my lobe piercings. Always fab!

Had my dermal done with Ben today. I was so nervous even though I’m pierced from head to toe. Ben made me feel so at ease and calm. I would recommend this place highly. Lovely staff throughout the visit here. So book up with them and get some more holes!!

Got my bridge pierced today. The piercer made me feel really welcomed and comfortable, and did everything in their power to get it as straight as possible. Took their time, and it looks great. Very happy. Thank you!

Such a lovely team of staff, so so welcoming, and the service was fabulous. I had my nose piercing done by Ben who made me feel comfortable immediately which was really helpful. Super clean and hygienic too, I will definitely be coming here for all future piercings!

My friend and I visited Urban Piercings this weekend. My friend wanted to get his first lobe piercings done and I had my conch pierced. We both saw Ben, who was lovely, and did a fantastic job for both of us.My friend was nervous about having his first piercings done, but left very happy. My conch piercing went really smoothly and I chose to upgrade my jewellery since the have such a wide range of beautiful options to choose from.Would definitely recommend Urban Piercings to anyone! I have been coming to urban piercings since I was 14 and have struggled a lot with anxiety around needles. Despite this, the team always make me feel relaxed and I have now had 15-20 piercings. They are super professional, clean and patient - especially considering I’m not the easiest of clients. Today was the first time I couldn’t go through with a piercing and they were extremely understanding and made me feel a lot better about the situation. All the jewellery and equipment is high quality and I will never go anywhere else. The whole team do a great job every time and always tailor to your needs/make suggestions where necessary but never force anything. Couldn’t recommend them more for beginners all the way to those who have been pieced several times before. If the prices are worrying you they do student discount and there is a discount on multiple piercings. You are also paying for quality! If you you want your cartilage not to shatter/no risk of rejection/good customer service/high quality jewellery then these are the prices you pay and they are 100% worth it.

I’ve had to come in a few times for a jewellery change for my nose ring, I’ve not had a good ride with it but every time I came the staff been absolutely fantastic! Latest on my nose ring, it fell out and I couldn’t put it back in... I booked in an appointment to get it fitted back in which was complimentary! Eliza specifically has been super kind, patient and delicate ☺️
