Kwik Fit - St Albans - Verulam Road

Adam and Andrew were extremely helpful, and managed to fit us in the same day for tracking which made my car undriveable beforehand. Now drives perfect and had a great overall experience!

Service was great and the staff very polite and friendly. Only niggle was that I had booked in at 1245 and, because they were very busy, it took 2 hours for my car to be completed. I feel that those who book should take priority over walk-ins and be sorted close to the booked time, I expect 2 new tyres and wheel balancing etc to take no more than an hour, not two. Other than that, very happy with thye service.

The mechanic that dealt with my car was professional, courteous and friendly. I normally go to my local kwik fit but as they had no mechanic I went to St Albans verulum road. Happy that I did

Staff were polite and efficient, and Thomas (Manager) obviously has a great team, as the premises were spotless. The price I paid for the tyres and fitting, was very reasonable too.

Excellent, very quick and efficient. Had taken my car to multiple places where they were unable to fix it and Kwik fit St Albans fixed it straight away! Super pleased.

My partner and myself booked online after getting a flat tyre, the staff had it replaced in under an hour after getting the flat. Excellent and quick service. Staff were friendly and professional, will definitely be using them again.

After ordering tyres online ( because that’s the only way you get a discount ) , I booked a 10:00 am appointment but arrived early at 9:40.Friendly reception but advised the appointment may be late as they were extremely busy. I explained I had an appointment at 11:30 .Brilliant service and a result as they put me on straight away and re-arranged another appointment where they had the car all day so could schedule it later.Finished at 1040 which was brilliant . Balancing and alignment checked included and paid extra for the actual alignment .Excellent service from this branch after choosing them ahead of Harpenden who were not so helpful on the phone .It was worth the extra few miles to travel to this branch - recommended.

Did a great job of replacing my rear brake disks and pads. Their supplier mistakenly sent 3 pads instead of 4, but they very kindly offered to stay late to sort everything out and ensure the job was finished the same day. Many thanks guys :-)
