Trus Roofing recently replaced the flat roof on our extension with a new warm deck clad with felt. Richard explained the process thoroughly at the first meeting and the work carried out was as discussed. Very happy with the new roof - high quality workmanship with a lot of attention to detail. As a retired, and single, woman I was feeling pretty nervous about having to re-felt and re-fit the tiles to my whole roof but Richard was very reassuring from the outset! He and his company did a great job from start to finish. I felt in very experienced hands and everything went extremely smoothly despite the wet weather hold ups. Richard managed to re-use most of my old tiles and did some fantastic lead work around the chimneys. The job was nicely finished by fitting and painting the new fascia boards - I was invited up to inspect the work at close range and to take some photos. I was concerned the scaffolding would remain up weeks after the job was finished but it came down straight away and everything was left extremely tidy. I can thoroughly recommend Richard as a roofer with loads of solid experience and useful advice who works with speed and efficiency.

After the storm Trus Roofing and Building Ltd were very prompt to visit to check out and assess the roof damage. We received a fast quotation for the work and arranged for it to be completed. Richard, from the company, was very friendly and professional and did everything that we had agreed to an excellent standard, using the latest technology for ridge tile installation. The work was completed within two days and they left the work area perfect, taking away all the old broken tiles and other debris. Excellent job, I recommend them without reservation.

The slate roof on our Victorian house was leaking causing damp patches in 2 upstairs bedrooms next to the chimney breast. Richard responded quickly with a competitive quote, and quickly identified the problem, which had been caused by a poor repair by a different roofer less than 10 years ago. He and his team corrected and fixed it with quality materials, keeping us fully updated on progress.

We had some tiles dislodged during the recent storms. Richard came round on a weekend and provided a quotation which we accepted, and completed the job within days. The quality was good and we were very happy with the results. Would highly recommend.

Richard put on a new metal roof on our stables promising to replace timber if necessary, none was replaced. On completion it could be seen that the roof capping (?) was not level in places. It was soon obvious that there were leaks in various places . He did return quickly and repaired a couple of leaks, however since then he has refused to return our calls.

I had some loose sections of ridge on my roof and several areas where the lead flashing had slipped. There were also some large open gaps round the facia and soffit. Richard gave me a good quote and he and his team did a first class job re-bedding the entire ridge and making new facia and soffit sections. They refitted and sealed the loose flashings and put our roof back in good shape for the coming winter. After last night's heavy downpour of rain, there's not a drop of water leaked through. Trus Roofing got back to us quickly and gave a competitive quote. As soon as the weather allowed they were round and got the work done quickly. It looks smart and they left everything tidy too. Professional Hard-working Team!!I want to thank Richard, Kevin and the team for their recent help updating the roof of my kitchen extension, including checking, retiling and ridging a small pitched roof and replacing my old felt roof with three-layer fibreglass (inclusive of a 30-year contractor Warranty that greatly assists my home insurance cover!) Richard completed a complete re roof of a property for us. The communication was great and he kept us up to date every step of the way. As the project evolved Richard was very fair with his pricing.
