Horrible service! Went in and asked if they can do a picture I gave them and they agreed but looked nothin like that also to add all my nails looked different because the chrome was no done properly. Some nails were too thick and some were thin and some were too short or too long they were all different! Called to get a refund or get them to sort it out to only get shouted at cor saying I am complaining too much. I will never go there again had to go to another nail salon day before my holiday that is 50£ wasted!

A lovely woman did my nails for a wedding I’m attending. The nails are exactly what I asked for and look great!This is the second time I’ve had my nails done here and I honestly can’t complainWill definitely be returning soon

The saloon is not in line with health and safety or hygiene regulations.I went for infills. The man worker was nice however the quality of my nails was very poor. One nail started peeling after 1h so I went back . Another man re do my nail. My 8pm, 3 more nails were peeling. Absolutely shocking quality and I end up being frustrated with my nails, the time wasted and the money spent. Looks like the saloon is not being looked after or invested in. The equipment is not appropriately cleaned or sterile. Was such a negative experience overall that really took over my day. I feel sorry for the workers but this saloon should not be functional under those conditions.

went to get builder gel done, really bad, they left them so thick and with bubbles too, also got the french tip done and some of them are so thick. WASTE OF MONEY!
