Friendly people at Enterprise. Will explain terms and conditions to you patiently. Office is near the train station, so that's good. Declan is a nice person to discuss/talk to.

I rented a car from here. Within 1 hr my windshield was cracked out of no where. They would take no responsibility. Very disappointing. Please fully check the car as it can cost you a lot of money and they are not willing to accept any responsibility.On top of that after returning the car the branch manager Declan was supposed to contact me. He never followed through. I luckily checked my credit card statement and found a charge of 1200GBP for the windshield. I am still trying to get an actual receipt from them even though they charged me. Once again very disappointing.

Despite their website claiming they have vehicle availability this is actually inaccurate. I would recommend calling the specific branch before making a booking. Otherwise you may turn up to find you don't have a car.Basic prices offered for rentals come with an enormous excess. And regardless of any damage (even if just a scratch) they will charge the full excess of £1500.Happy with vehicle eventually provided and quick hassle free returns process.

Good experience with Enterprise. Handing over and return process was smooth and professional. We found that our car was not properly cleaned and pointed it out. The Asst Manager Mr Declan Harris took it very seriously and along with the cleaning person, personally cleaned up. It is always so pleasing to meet such dedicated people. Thank you Declan.

Best experience I've had with rental cars! The staff were incredibly flexible as my travel plans had changed. Very personal service, responding to texts and calls to get me on my way. Unbelievable level of service not experienced with any other rental agency. Also, car selection was excellent. They picked up my car from another location to ensure I had the car I reserved. Highly recommended.

AVOID. Terrible service. Booked a car for 10am, phone call 30 mins before saying car not available until later. Went at 11am, car not drivable, no other options. No apology. This car had been driven from Cardiff airport with a fault light. They should have known first thing that the car wasn't drivable. To not have had the car there ahead of time, checked is astonishingly incompetent. The worst rental experience I've had. The staff seemed pretty unbothered, suspect it happens all the time. Had to make other arrangements.

Very helpful and friendly staff.Had a courtesy car whilst mine was in the garage. The picked us up and dropped us back to the garage when the car was ready. Shannon was very professional and friendly. It seemed a really nice atmosphere in the officeWould definitely use again

Enterprise had by far the lowest rates when we started looking to rent a car for vacation. This location is very convenient from most of Cardiff, and is a 5 minute walk from the train station.Jessica was very helpful and nice when we picked our car up, getting us squared away. The Renault we rented was in good condition and gave us no issues for several days driving around south and mid Wales.The return process was equally painless taking maybe 10 minutes to complete. If we're back in Cardiff and need a rental car, you can bet I'll be using this Enterprise branch again.

I had an absolutely dreadful experience with this company – by far the worst I've ever encountered. I strongly advise anyone to steer clear!My ordeal began when they were late in providing me with the rental car, resulting in a three hour wait. They then informed me that the car they were waiting on would not be arriving back and they would deliver a different car to my home at a later time.What's even worse, they managed to get my address wrong, causing me to incur a parking fine that was sent to the incorrect location. By the time they corrected the address, my parking fine had ballooned to £170, all while I was in the dark about it.Despite numerous email exchanges with their complaints department, they have utterly refused to take any responsibility for their errors.I can certainty say that I will never, under any circumstances, engage with this company again. My experience was nothing short of a nightmare!*UPDATE*After emailing the address provided above I have had no reply or response from this company - 12/12/2023
