Paul Tracey Construction are an extremely professional company. Easy to talk to and offering solutions along the way during our 1930's House renovation. Team were all good people, skilled and polite - we couldn't be happier with the end results. Work done included front and side extension, new boot room, new front Porch and interior renovations.

Had an extension completed by Paul and his team last summer and they all did an absolutely superb job! From meeting with us to go through our plans, going through all of the information with us on how long things would take, cost and finishes, Paul really knew his stuff and was great at communicating. Paul has just completed a major refurbishment at our church. It has been transformed into an amazing place of worship with new toilets/meeting room/church with exposed beams and a kitchen area. We cannot thank this company enough for what they have done for us.

Paul and his team have done a fantastic job at renovating our lean-to conservatory into a full extension. Excellent quality work at a very reasonable price.Paul is really easy to work with and made practical suggestions for cost saving or visual/functional improvements, but without ever making us feel like we didn't have control over the project. He was transparent about material and labour costs and came in on budget which is something we really appreciated.The whole team were professional, hard working and really easy to get along with, and we always felt like we could ask for slight alterations without any fuss. They were all really considerate about noise and letting the neighbours know what was going on, never dragged any dirt into the house when using the bathroom and left everything really tidy at the end of the job.Would recommend (and have recommended) Paul to anyone looking to get a project done of any size.

Recently had Paul and his team do a side extension for us, from start to finish paul has been excellent and great communication thoughout the build and took all the stress from us when doing a build on the house, nothing was too much of a problem and the project flowed like clockwork. The standard of the work is outstanding and his team were so friendly and trustworthy to have around the house.
