Coffee was nice, expensive as expected. Tables and chairs were dirty, cups and food not cleared by the staff. Not what I expected at all. Come on starbucks, if you're gonna charge top prices, at least keep the place clean.

My first time here, the young man who served me was polite, very helpfull and professional, the place was clean and tidy with a lovely fully stocked display, the spinach/falafel wrap was first time I tried it and I wasn't disappointed, fresh and tasty, looking forward to trying more

Drive through order was made at Starbucks Manchster Road. The drinks sound like nice refreshing flavour however they just are not flavoursome or refreshing enough. Starbucks recipes could be made better matching their heavy marketing. Summer drinks are not worth the price you pay.

OK Starbucks branch, they have drive through, lots of seats. The side door is heavily damaged at the time of writing so you need to use the door away from the drive through. Service is OK, it's friendly, but the coffee wasn't that great, the flat white lacked texture. If you're waiting for work to be done at the nearby halfords, this is a good place to go to kill time.

Used to be good place to drink coffee, last few months became a place where I get stressed more rather than have my cup of coffee and relax. Everything takes ages, very dirty, ask if you stay in and then serve with take away cup, toilets always out of toilet rolls. Very dirty place. I hope you can go back to the good place we used to come and enjoy our time in!Update: A year later December 2023.. unfortunately no improvements..

Nice little Starbucks, quiet and friendly atmosphere and exceptional customer service. A barista named Sam was very polite and went above and beyond to give us a great customer experience. Very satisfied and would definitely visit again!

Staff here don’t seem to care about the quality of the store. Often stood around chatting behind the counter causing slow service, and no tables are cleared from previous customers. Was in at half four on a Sunday and despite there only being half a dozen customers with four members of staff, there was only two tables in the entire store with no customers on that did not have left cups and plates. No initiative from the staff to clean up and new customers to the store had to move dirty plates and cups from tables to sit at them when they arrived.

Gave Service 3 stars as those who took my order were pleasant but my drink shoved to me by the guy who brewed it spilling a good amount of the drink into the saucer. No pleasantries from him and not a nice vibe either it wasn't busy so no excuse. First time in this place and due to his lack of customer care won't be coming back.
