The best kennels in South Wales for sure!!! We have left our Thor with Usk Boarding kennels for many different occasions, at every season of the year and we have received nothing but outstanding service. Every employee we come across treats Thor as if he were their own, and needless to say he absolutely loves his little staycations here!We wouldn’t send our boyo anywhere else!! Just picked up Max after leaving him with them for the first time, came home happy and contented.Loved photos on social media Max looked happy which was definately reassuring. Amazing staff and brillant kennels, will definately be using them again.Thanks to all the staff.

We have been using this kennels for many years, the staff are amazing, so professional, friendly and treat our dogs like their own. We are always at ease going away knowing that they are in for a fun time with lots of cuddles.The team keep us updated through the stay with messages and photos which is always lovely to see.The last time we used them we used the collection and drop off service, what can I say. They arrived on time in a lovely van and even had treats to settle them.. We have just booked to use this service again and would highly recommend anyone else to do this.Well done guys on a great addition to what is already an amazing service!!

Took my Border Collie here for her first time boarding after having been to a dog sitter previously. I'd had reservations of kennels, but no worries after having her back. She has obviously been happy, healthy and well looked after on her holiday away, with friendly staff, facebook photo updates and a good exercise area! Already booked her back in for her next holiday.

The ladies who looked after our dog and the kindness shown to her was amazing. Our first time. Using the kennels but we will again.

The staff were very friendly and there is a decent sized exercise pen where the dogs can run loose (alone, not with other dogs). Just one point to note was that while I had a price confirmed in writing for one night upon arrival I was told there was a 2 night minimum charge so be aware of this. Overall we were very pleased and would use this business again.

The most amazing place to send your pets. Our Rottweiler is treated like a king here, and we feel so comfortable leaving him with the best staff in the biz.Thank you so much for always taking the best care of him, we will for sure be dropping him off to his favourite place again soon.

We took our westie dog name scottie for the first time for our holiday in st.ives cornwall for 3 half weeks and all the staff was professional and looked after him with love and care he's booked in for another 2 times in total for about 5 weeks we can't thank them enough for all their kindness in taking care of scottie skinner

A lovely kennel! My dog has only stayed 2 nights but he was so well looked after. My dog is a nervous dachshund but the care the staff gave was amazing. We are leaving him for a week in the summer and although I worry about leaving him for a week I know he will be well looked after!!
