Trevor called ahead to let me know his arrival time. He was polite and professional and sorted the problem quickly. He let me know the costs before beginning and these didn't change.Would be happy to recommend this company.

All round excellent service, from arranging an appointment to prompt arrival and diagnosing the problem. Our most cost effective option was a new washing machine, but we had some excellent advice on what to get, despite them only charging a (very reasonable) call-out fee.
