Fantastic staff and products. Can't praise them enough, always try to help. I have food intolerances and I don't think I could survive without my baker toms bread

Baker Tom has a lovely range of breads and cakes, all are always very fresh, with a good variety of flavours and grains. The Penzance shop is popular and is usually busy. It is a lovely place to shop. The staff are all very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

Absolutely loved the scones and cheeses and the service was very warm and friendly. They also sell excellent condiments and sweet jams which use local produce and sell their leftover baked goods from the previous day for half price which is a brilliant idea.

Bread often good. Visited the Penzance branch this afternoon. The young man in the shop was so unfriendly one can be. He threw the bread in my direction, didn’t ask if I could need a bag, no thank you, no goodbye. Never again. He should look for another job without contact to customersIn addition: very expensive and all bread is wrapped in plastic

Bought a granary loaf in Penzance - very poor. Wouldn't slice without falling apart and very difficult to toast. At £4.50, very expensive for something which wasn't actually as good as similar supermarket bread at less than half the price. This bakery is hit and miss and not a patch on other local bakers.

Oh my word.Truly the finest focaccia I have ever tasted. Sea salt and Rosemary. If it looks expensive in the window it's a bargain when you eat it.

The tin white sourdough loaf is absolutely out of this world! ❤️❤️❤️I was going to add a picture for this review as it looks lovely in its paper wrapping but alas we snaffed it before that was doable.Take the chance is all I can say. What an incredibly lovely shop with friendly staff.

5 stars for amazing cakes but 1 star for wrapping them in plastic. With the virus proven to last longer on plastic then this could potentially create a bigger risk for customers.

Dry and tasteless sourdough. Vastly overpriced. Loafs shop across the way so much better quality and pricing. Lidl’s seeded sourdough is even better. Give it a miss.

I had an amazing sultana scone, served by a very friendly lady. On my mission to find the best scone in Penzance, this one came out on top. Highly recommended.
