I often come to London and stay at the Ritz hotel. There’s not many beauty places around or those which are there, busy most of the times. I call The Beauty Room, and they do come to the hotel to do my nails in the room. Saves me a time and hustle to go out. Thank you The Beauty Room Team you always are on time and provide very professional service!

The Beauty Room is absolutely wonderful, 5+ stars!!I’ve tried different treatments so far, including waxing on a regular basis, eyelashes, facials and nails. I’ve always had great results!I was struggling in London to find good treatments (as well as good products because of my highly sensitive skin) at a reasonable price, while also trying to arrange my beauty routine around a tight schedule with work. With the Beauty Room I managed to find all of this, and more! Juliana’s products are very high quality as well as all the treatments she does - moreover, she always finds time for my appointments also at craziest times when most beauticians would be unavailable. I’ve been going to the Beauty Room for a year now and can definitely say I wouldn’t change it for any reason!So far I’ve tried most of the treatments available at the Beauty Room and look forward to trying massages too.Highly recommended all the way!

I made a call and beauty therapist was in my home within an hour. the tools well packed and sterilised, super well done lashes and gel luxury manicure and pedicure! i cant describe how happy i am with the job lady did. thank you, will be booking you again soon! Booked an appointment with Juliana and she was at my door in Paddington the next day! I've had a thousand manicures. This was hands down THE BEST one I've ever had. Her technique and attention to detail cannot be beat. Will definitely use her again whenever I visit London!

I started to use beauty room for few months now and the results are fascinating as I wasn't worried about my wellbeing as much as I am now. The staff is super nice and I can get the service wherever I am with just a phone call, they can come anywhere you are based and makes your life much easier without the hustle of bookings and commute to the salon. I highly recommend it.

I found this online based on the location close to my work in Paddington. This was the first time I visited Juliana and it definitely won’t be the last! I was so impressed with the wax, both her technique and product used, and also the price. I’ve been having waxes for 15 years and this was one of the best I’ve had.

Lovely Lashes!Called in and booked myself in for waxing and I must say Juliana did a fantastic job. She made me feel comfortable and the treatment was as pain free as it could be! The results were better than with other beauticians as I didn't get any irritation or redness as I have experienced before having sensitive skin. I was so impressed that I also asked for lash extensions too and she was able to fit me in. The lashes look dramatic and yet natural and I have had lots of compliments. Prices were good and the service was personable and professional. I would definitely recommend to anyone and I was grateful for lots of extra skincare advice that she gave me for free! I am looking forward to my next treatment time for sure.
