What a awful company this is.They lie openly !Stay away from them.

Missed first attempt as time slot is 8a.m to 6p.m. Out again for next day, fair enough, waited in 8 to 6, to see tracking status changed to refused at gone 7p.m. Couldn't refuse something I wanted and actually never got to my door! It's been passed on to the Warrington branch now, for delivery in 2 days time.....don't think the supplier is going to be impressed either

Worst experience I have ever had with a delivery company. They only deliver weekdays from 9-17 , they wont deliver to the neighbours and weekends, I spent 30 minutes on they’re chat but still my problem hasn’t been sorted. They don’t even have a place like royal mail where you can go and pick your parcel.

This company fobs you off every time you ring them saying parcel will be delivered next day then doesn't turn up. They then tell you it's been sent to wrong depot and will be in touch in 48 hours but don't. Have been waiting 3 weeks for parcel DON'T use these they are rubbish worst service I have ever known.

If I could would give it 0 stars I bought something from net world sports and they are fine but dx is the worst they say its coming today when it isn't and we had dx for passports and extra I just can't belive how bad this delivery service is

Got a card telling me they'd tried to deliver parcel. Rang to arrange redelivery. Got told this was the third try so they'd sent the parcel back. When I asked why I'd not had a card the first two times, I was told they don't do notifications. So flabbergasted by the stupidity of this statement, I forgot to point out that they had actually given me a notification (card) this time. So yeah, if you want a parcel carrier to totally fail to communicate with you, by all means use DX.

I would rate this 0/5 if I could. Absolutely shocking service. I have had my item “out for delivery” for 6 days now, every time I do the live chat I am promised “it will arrive this evening” and shock horror NOTHING. There is no phone line to speak to anyone and no social media (probably because they are so shocking). Having read reviews I’ve seen I’m not the only one and actually this service is consistently poor. A delivery service that doesn’t actually deliver. Here’s to another week of it probably being “out for delivery”. I think it would be more efficient for stores to send out orders via carrier pigeon…

Sent messages three days in a row that they were delivering my parcel, but didn't. Had to call & complain. Took a ridiculous amount of time to deliver.

I'm giving 3 stars to show my appreciation to delivery service which was absolute nightmare however with support provided by Kelvin from DX Express it was finally sorted. That way I wanted to thank Kelvin for his support and patience.

This is without doubt the worst courier service I have ever had the misfortune to have to deal with.Not only did they leave my £1500 package on its side (it should have been upright), on the driveway after I'd contacted them to ask them to deliver on a specific date, the phone bill was £55 for them not to do what I requested.This company should be avoided at all costs.
