I left my car on the forecourt on a Saturday evening, having been towed there by the AA. I telephoned on the Monday morning, they were most helpful and agreed to keep the car and fix the clutch. They were also happy to keep the car for a week as I had to hire a car to continue my trip. I was very impressed with the excellent service I received and would certainly recommend. Thank you all very much.

First time using Fox Garage for my MOT and service. As I was in the 5 mile radius, they collected my car in the morning, advising me they would call if anything needed doing no matter how small. I received a call just after lunch and the engineer told me what part needed replacing, why it needed replacing and how much it would cost (It was a previous advise on last year's MOT so I was anticipating it would need doing). The parts were ordered, fitted and car returned the next day.Very happy with all the staff that I dealt with, the price of service and MOT, and the replacement part. Will happily use them again next year.

Garage suggested the alternator was not working and promised to run a free of charge investigation. I ended up having to pay £70 just to be told my alternator was fine.

My most recent visit to Fox Garage was just brilliant!Booking online was easy and the staff were all friendly when dropping it off. Sadly my car failed the MOT and a woman phoned and explained everything to me so clearly providing me with options and offering their payment assist which was super helpful as I didn’t have the full amount up front to pay.Communication was great and she explained an issue to me about my tyre that another garage told me to ignore as it was caused by the weather! She organised for my car to be dropped off to my home address which was really helpful as I was working and didn’t have to reschedule meetings or arrange childcare. The gentleman who dropped my car off was really nice and I could have chatted to him for hours!The work that was done was reasonably priced, professionally done and the customer service was outstanding. I truly trust Fox Garage with my car, they are genuine and do the job well and I would highly recommend them to others.

I called Fox garage when I returned from holiday to a nearside window malfunction. I used Fox in the past and the reception team were excellent in booking me in and seeing my vehicle that day. I was told I needed a motor and regulator and was quoted £795 inclusive of vat and labour and informed that only dealership parts could be used. I was quick shocked at the quote and obtained a second opinion from my regular garage (whom I didn't go to initially due to availabilty and I needed a secure vehicle sooner rather than later). I was told that they could source the parts a lot more quickly with 1-2 weeks and would cost £553.76 all in rather than 6-8 weeks and £795 as Fox garage advised. I paid the investigation fee of £69 and informed Fox Garage of my decision. Today I took my vehicle into my regular garage where they advised they could make the vehicle secure and pull the window up. During investigation I further learnt the regulator works perfectly and only the motor needed replacing with the told cost being £256 for parts and labour. I was baffled as to why I was misinformed and required parts not needed. I do not fault the service provided but do question the integrity of the quote given for something not required.
