WOW. WOW. WOW! When a pub says they have a Thai menu, I must say I did a double-take: 'how unusual' was my first thought, I figured I must have a try! And oh, am I glad I did. For those Giggling Squid or Thai Square frequenters that have a preferred Thai haunt, search no further. Hands down the BEST, most authentic, red Thai curry I have ever had the pleasure of tasting! A beautiful, silky sauce, infused with layer upon layer of traditional Thai flavours. Where the spice tips over the peak, the pleasure of every bite takes over until you are in flavour euphoria! The Jasmine rice is delightfully light and fluffy and gives perfect balance to a rich and decadent curry. 1000000% recommend to anyone looking to tantalise their tastebuds and blow their minds!! 10/10 Bulls Head, can't wait to come back for more.

The food was excellent and the service was very good. It was worth the drive out. I would probably come back and try something different. I had well cooked and tasty fish and chips. Crisp batter and chips with enough crunch.

Absolutely delighted to find this tasty delicious foods pub. We ordered thai starter for 2, green thai curry, steak and ale pie and fried thai noodles pad thai. What not to like? Nothing...and wish the thai starters portion are slightly bigger...since they were dainty and yummy. Thai sausages, spring rolls and satay chicken were super yummy. Green chicken curry I was hoping the chicken cut in chunkier bit since the one I had too thin and chicken were on the dry side. However the broth was dying for, so authentic and so coconuty. The steamed rice was a bit hard to my liking. Pad thai noodles were delicious too. My husband highly recommended on the steak and ale pie, the pie crusty and so buttery, yet you can found big slices of steak in the pie that was really surprisingly good. We will be back for sure. Thanks for the warm and welcoming services.

Top quality ingredients and very hearty portion size. Every dish had it’s distinctive and punchy flavours - it’s been a while since I’ve had such fantastic and authentic Thai food. Friendly staff and the food arrived very quickly. It’s the perfect place to have a good hearty lunch before heading off to one of the National Trust places nearby for a leisurely walk.

This is the best meal I've ever had in a pub and the husband agrees. I'm not Thai so I'm not in any position to say how authentic it is but as an Asian, the dishes we ordered were spot-on!I had Gai Yang, marinated chicken thighs grilled to perfection. Husband had the Crying Tiger Beef which he loved, maybe not so much the sauce but the meat was perfectly marinated and cooked.Service was really good too! Definitely going back!

I haven't used this place for a drink but used it for the takeaway Thai food and unfortunately I didn't take photos of the food but I had the marinated chicken wings and my mate had the lamb shank,a soup,and pork dumplings ( I believe that's what they was called ) the food was very good,well seasoned,well marinated and cooked to perfection will go backUpdate went in this place again yesterday 17/10/2023Had chicken wings in a sauce ( didn't look at menu for these lol ) and whole soft shell crabs in batter oh my they was so good £16 approx for the 2 dishes to takeaway will go again

We visited for the first time today - as it was lunchtime we decided to have fish and chips, but are tempted to return for Thai.It was so tasty, kudos to the chef - super.The only (constructive) criticism would be a little more information on how to order (was it table service or order at the bar? No info was given, even when we said we hadn’t visited before to the staff) also when serving food we had to ask for sauces as waiting staff just placed the food and walked away. It wasn’t detrimental, but would have been a 5/5 otherwise.
