Got my first taste of their Korean food bowls (been meaning to get there for a while) and here are my takes on it:1. Great customer service - everyone is so lovely and patient;2. Portion is reasonable - I hope they'll keep it that way and not skim down, as the others do in time;3. Taste and flavour on the point. Plus, I like the variety of ingredients and freshness. Please don't cut this off for maximizing your profits. And the cheese cake was awesome, not overly sweet, fluffy and tasty.Kimchi was proper.I will definitely go back, as Korean food is my favourite food and this is brilliantly made.Keep up these standards and you'll gather and maintain a crowd of happy customers.

Really good and flavoursome food at a reasonable price. This was my second time and I ordered the kfc bap with hot sauce. I made the mistake of ordering the highest slice rated sauce last time which was a bit too much for me but this sauce flavour of hot is really good. Excellent food!

The food was ok, but not my taste. I felt a bit rushed at the till. I didn't like having rice, noodles and cabbage all in one plate as a base and then have the sweet and sour chicken on top. I prefer either the rice or the noodles as a base but not both. The sweet and sour chicken was dry and didn't have any sauce with it. I also didn't like that you had to have sauces from the bottles on top of the chicken. This is almost the same concept as Kokoro. We sat by the window and watched the world go by.

Customer service was amazing! They gave us free dumplings whilst we waiting in the queue as it was so busy!! The peach demisoda is really good and the Korean fried chicken is amazing!! Came with noodles, rice and also cabbage 10/10 so much flavour and they have sauces you can add to adjust heat level

A great new spot for a quick lunch. Very good price and quality that punch above the price range. We will come back again.

I visited the Bap with some friends to take advantage of their opening deal and we were blown away by the quality of the food at the price we paid. There's a good amount of seating indoors and there isn't an additional payment for if you're eating in.Those that aren't so mobile will find there is sufficient space to navigate the restaurant floor, once you're inside. There is NO ramp, and two steps to get into the restaurant. There are vegetarian options available for those that don't eat meat. The only reason I gave a 4 stars on service is the fact that they ran out of chicken AND out of rice too. It's been a busy opening day so I can overlook these small details, but half my group had to wait 15 minutes to order, and my food was cold by the time they were finally served. If you're wanting an authentic Korean meal with a drink, I would recommend visiting the Bap, especially during their first few opening days, this is their third chain in this country and I'd love for them to succeed in this busy city. Anything that's a replacement / alternative for Kokoro is great in my eyes.

I love how cozy the place felt - great for hanging out with a friend. The portions are very generous (I do wish there was a small or mini version since I struggled to finish mine)Food tastes great and I am really happy to have a new nice place to go to when I want to eat out : )

I came in and ordered the tofu bap which is labelled as a vegan dish on the website, egg is not listed as an allergen either. I noticed the staff member putting a white sauce on and asked if it was vegan, he said it contained egg and that the tofu itself which is labelled with a V on the in-store menu too, was not actually vegan as it’s fried with the chicken. I would avoid if you’re vegetarian/vegan or you have any allergens! The staff were really friendly but there was definitely conflicting information online/in-store and unclear labelling. It’s a shame because I’m always really pleased to see new restaurants with clearly labelled dietary requirements, which their website appears to do.

As a Korean food, the production method feels like Chinese style, and the taste is not similar. Maybe the locals love sweet food. Generally, Korean restaurant food has Korean kimchi as the main side dish. I have high requirements for eating... very confusing taste
