Purchased a BMW from Ilkley Motor Company last week and wanted to say how pleased I was with the car and the open, honest, friendly and all round fabulous customer experience I enjoyed through my dealings with Russell. I set off on a 470 mile round trip with fingers crossed, but all anxiety melted when I arrived and received the warmest of welcomes. Everything from the description of the car, to the preparation, to the transaction that took just minutes was first class and would absolutely recommend them. 5/5.

I'm a bit late on leaving a review for these guys. I bought an Audi A3 off them back in Oct 2020. Absolutely fantastic service, car runs perfect and was in good condition when bought. It needed a new timing belt and water pump at 70k miles and this was sorted. Great service and not pushy, couldn't recommend any more.

It's the best motor garage service in Yorkshire, they are really honest and trustworthy David and Russell are very nice, I have bought a car from them and I'm very pleased I do recommend them. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have waited a week before leaving this review, why? we all get caught up in the emotion of buying cars. I also work in a form of sales so wanted to wait and see if any skeletons or nastys arrived once I had bought the car.The car I bought has been amazing! It was exactly as described and runs like a dream. Even better than this was, the sevice provided.Russell couldn't help enough, he seemed trustworthy and honest (Not things normally associated with car salesmen) there was no pushing, no sucky in noises, just honesty and the information I requested!As car sales places go, having done work myself to sell for name dealers and franchises, I think they should all take a leaf out of the Illkley Motors playbook.In short, they told the truth, provided me what I asked and never pushed me into anything. Fantastic work guys!I am now the proud owner of a Range Rover and Ilkley Motors are welcome to every penny I paid for itCheers guys!

I purchased VW Golf Estate last year in Feb, i was due for MOT and it reminded me to leave a review.Exceptional customer service by David, not pushy at all. Explained everything in detail. I highly recommend this place. Trust worthy.
