Ruined my favourite puffer coat by using a chemical too strong for the fabric of the coat. Unprofessional! If you're not sure, don't do it. Owner not sincere or apologetic. Offered my coat back marked up and half of price of coat or take it legal!! No offer of full refund of coat until I pulled him up on it. Obviously I'll never use it again. So, you've been warned!Just read your reply... It was the manager who spoke to me!! Who was Not polite or apologetic. Keep it real people! You ruined my coat and that's not what a 'professional dry cleaners' is meant to do. End of. Good luck. Also unprofessional to try and dis the customer tut tut.
