What a great service as always at carpet right. Quick and Efficient. The customer service from Henry was exceptionally, he advised me and was very knowledgeable. Excellent customer service from start to finish. His a credit to the company! And if not already the manager of the branch I would make him.

We are abroad, managed to get carpets for a whole house measured, quoted and fitted without even being in the UK!Ian at Carpetright Bromley was so helpful, we had a major drama on fitting day, our decorator dropped a clanger and failed to turn up at all. Ian managed to communicate with us, keep the fitters on our job and ensure that everything went well, while our decorator managed to eventually get to the house. 5* couldn’t recommend these guys enough

Amazing customer service! Henry was an absolute gem and a superb Salesman. He was very informative, suggesting alternatives and chiming in when needed. He allowed time to consider options and truly made us feel like a valued customer even though it was very late in the evening and close to closing time. He was super happy to chat, follow up and answer any questions even after purchasing. Would definitely go back to Carpetright Bromley!

Henry was absolutely sound. Super friendly atmosphere in the store, and Henry was clued up and informative. Got things sorted within an hour. New flooring for a whole bedroom. Frictionless.

Smooth process, having used Carpetright a few times, Henry helped us choose the carpet and stair runner for us. Henry and team were easy to get in touch with for questions. Bookings for measurements, templating and fitting was quick with no hassle. Fitters were timely and worked efficiently.

Carpetright Bromley is brilliant with wide variety of carpets and floor tiles, their multiple offers have really saved my wallet a lot. Henry an amazing customer service, polite and very supportive staff start from showing the display, customizing the quotation and placing the order. He was so humble and helpful in explaining the benefits of the products and fit for our usage and cost. Getting finance was in seconds, hats off to carpetright systems. Lastly would like to thank Rea who also helped us along with Henry to get delivery and fitting man appointments. I would definitely recommend to my friends.

Booked a visit to take the measurements for my new carpet on a staircase and hallway: the person who came was very prepared and professional and he helped me to make my choices. I also had the pleasure to talk over the phone with Henry, who helped me to reschedule my installation date due to my building works that are overrunning. I will post another review after the installation but so far I am quite happy for the service received!

I came into the Bromley store anxious but was put at ease as soon as I've walked in Rea and Henry welcomed me and my baby with a bright smile.Supported me to find an amazing carpet explained me all the steps and Rea took her time to answer all my questions.100% recommend this tore
