My grandson Asked for braids with fade at back. After completely shaving the back of head - looks ridiculous. They advised they couldn’t do braids.cost £18.00I went to complain as they were unable to actually do the requested style but had taken the money and not advised until the end they couldn’t complete the style. . They pulled faces and said didn’t understand English that well.Maybe they shouldn’t be cutting hair if they can’t look at a photo and advise they can’t do the style.Terrible customer service. Terrible cut !!

Dani was excellent, very professional and a top barber. First time in 20 years been in a barbers (did it myself with help from the missus) and will be coming back that's for sure. Must treat yourself to the Royal Service its excellent value. Thanks Dani see you in a few weeks

Boss man is very good guy with good haircut and good place

Brilliant service best I've had in years, was treated very well. Started off by a nice and professional welcome was even offered a drink, sat down explained what I wanted and they got the job done and more. Went the extra mile to wrap my head in a hot towel which felt amazing, also got a massage on both my arms which worked wonders. Then he also set fire to a stick and put it around my ears to really get all the hairs. Didn't ask for any of this but they provided me a perfect professional barbers experience. Also washed my hair and styled it at the end. Will be back soon and a very happy customer. All for 16 pounds! Thank you I'm very grateful for this experience.
