Having trouble linking my new phone, bought elsewhere, to my existing O2 contract.The staff could not have been more helpful and solved a problem that numerous people on the O2 helpline could not. Particular credit to the young lady with piercings and tattoos who solved the problem.

Went in & explained that my contract had come to an end, looking to upgrade, the sales assistant didn't know current offers (even ones advertised in store) - also he didn't know how it worked & said you'll receive a text message" but I had no confidence

Racist country in the world… but this British teach to the world about racism. Example one of UK city Maidstone 02 shop employee treat the customer racism. They dt know how to treat customers…. Better send them customer service training, coz here in the mobile shop employee treat customers as racist….

We called in the shop for some advice regarding a phone that would not receive incoming calls. I hasten to add that the contract is not with this company. A young man came to our assistance and rectified the problem in minutes explaining the set up of the phone. I did not get this young man’s name but I would like to say how helpful and courteous he was, a credit to your company. We will certainly consider changing our provider to 02 when the contract expires.
