Sunglass Hut

Visited a few days ago….usualy good customer service ……but these time while I was deciding between a few pairs I heard one of the workers (European , tall, big brunette lady) whisper about me “im going to punch her” very shockeing from sunglasses hut. Disappointed, you can do better

Staff are good they try there best. But if there is no new stock how can you promote the product. I am a regular customer. But as of lately there is no new stock coming in. Please Can we have fresh stock as you use to... I have recommended a lot of friends to this shop. But now they don't come as the stock is not fresh. .. I got a reply which I don’t understand to laugh or cry. If I am in an outlet shop which has great discounts why would I want to pay full price sun glasses from a high street shop. So the reply is very lame. Who mentioned about buying new stock. I meant keep changing different stock. Rather than having same stock for weeks on end.An outlet shop is not a high street shop. Please just refresh the stock like it use to few years ago.

could not fault the service at all, both assistants went above and beyond, very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. An absolute pleasure to shop there, will definitely visit again and recommend.

I chose a pair of sunglasses but they weren't in stock, so the manager kindly gave me a discount for the display model. I was unsure about the glasses but she told me I could get a refund if I changed my mind. Fast forward one week, I took the glasses back for a refund. A different staff member served me this time, and was less helpful - surly even. The first thing she did was scratch the lens of the glasses with her nail (!) and tell me the glasses looked like they'd been worn. I got the refund after a curt conversation, but would have appreciated better customer service given the prices they charge.

Ricardo and Natalia were really friendly and welcoming helped me with the frames. I would have checked out of the store with one frame but they told me about the sale and discounts they have, and I left the store with two frames. They helped me even after the purchase one of the frames had some sctraches they without any hazel they just helped me and replaced with a new Frame. Really amazing guys!!! Good experience, good customer service.

Friendly and polite service. Check out the latest spring range, really cool. And with Sales on at the moment. I picked up a decent pair of Oakleys sunglasses.

I loved the store. The guy in the store was down to earth and explained the Ray Ban stories glass and the ongoing offers. A small store but has a large collection.

Chava was super helpful and lovely to chat to. Have been in a couple of times and she helped me both times, and I always left feeling really impressed! Also the lady with the pink/red hair was really nice too and made the exchange process really easy and quick when I changed mind on sizes.Thanks for all the help :)
