Chris has been the best driving instructor I have had. He is patient and makes sure you are confident in what you are doing.I passed my driving test on my first try which I couldn’t have done without his help. He is also very friendly which made me feel even safer whilst driving and learning with him.10/10 recommend!!!!

After using a previous driving instructor who wasn't very good I was nervous to start lessons again with a new instructor, however Chris has been brilliant. Chris is patient and teaches you driving skills that will come in use beyond your driving test. I passed first time with Chris and can't recommend him enough as an instructor.

10/10, would recommend.I had a couple of lessons with other driving instructors, and they all felt like they were just letting you use their car without much input.Chris, however, was the first instructor to actually teach me how to drive. I wasn’t just taught how to pass the test, I was taught how to drive, safely & confidently, wherever I wanted the day after my test.Chris is easy going and easy to get along with. He let me make mistakes, and then helped me learn from them.After a short period on the waiting list, I had weekly and consistent lessons without a problem.

Great experience learning to drive with Chris, passed my test first time . Very friendly, down to earth and very patient. lessons were fun but with a very methodical way of teaching you how to drive, always discussed in depth my strengths and weaknesses before and after every lesson (previous instructor never did this) 100% recommend Chris if your wanting to learn how to drive. Been driving with Chris for over two months and I must say he's an Excellent instructor, great personality, cheerful and passionate about his job and being there for his learners.He is fantastically concise with feedback and improvement, without any fuss or hastle, always constructive and generally fun natured. It's a feel good, easy learning environment.His lesson plans and structure make total sense and progress fluidly one to the other, with a lot of personalised content that is valuable and progresses learning. His keen eye of what's going on, where progress needs to be made or where there's more work and consideration needed is On Point.His awareness and ability to assist when it becomes necessary to intervene is impeccable, with low pressure on the learner, even when they're sweating and stressing and erroring, or trying to breathe deeply.His head is cool, calm, [Insert emoji of traffic cone] and I always feel fully supported in the car with him.Just the perfect balance of hands on and hands off teaching approach. [Hands stay on the wheel!]I can't find fault, I highly recommend, and believe fully that he is helping to release safe, knowledgeable and competent drivers onto the road.

Cone Heid driving school has been the best decision! Absolutely methodical, practical to approach and so friendly ! The actual test was quite a chill scene to get through because of Chris !! I recommend this driving school most definitely!!

I started taking lessons with Chris after an almost 7 year break from learning to drive and an unsuccessful (and pretty awful) test experience. Chris put me completely at ease from the get go and took me through the process really methodically, making learning a much smoother process. I didn't dread my lessons and to my surprise actually enjoyed the experience! On test day I felt really prepared which helped with my nerves, and I am over the moon to have passed! Would highly recommend him to anyone new or looking to return to learning - he's a great guy and great instructor!
