We collected our Raleigh Motus bikes today! We tried one out a couples of weeks back along path next to the river, ordered them, tried them again today. Superb service, thanks Mike for all your help and patience helping us remove battery , going through all the various settings and finally attaching them to the cycle rack on our motorhome An awesome service thank you Mike.

Just passing through but I needed a new tyre. At Velo Fit they had the tyre in stock as well as the inner tube. I was served within 5 minutes. If I lived locally I would definitely use this as my local bike shop. Would recommend this bike shop.

Went in to get a tube replaced after I bought the wrong one and couldn't fit the tight tyre bead over the rim. They swapped out the tube for the right size and inflated the tyre for me on the spot. 5 minutes, 5 quid. Very fair and genial operation! I had previously bought a gear cable kit for very cheap as well, so good prices all around! Was so nice to get a cost-effective service with a personal touch, and I'm happy to see that IBDs such as these keep the bar raised despite the death of the high street! Good form chaps!

I went to Velofit for some general bike advice and Mike was great, not pushy just honest and impartial advice. I also booked a bike fit which was very thorough and Mike explained anything I asked as well as him giving great insight to the reasoning and science behind it. Again, this was very professional and relaxed. Velofit is now going to be my go-to bike shop. Thanks Mike@velofit.

Mike did a bike fit for me which was not only interesting and informative (and fun too!) but has made a profound difference to my riding. It's now a pleasure to be on the bike for ling rides: more comfortable, more compact AND more powerful. Joyous!!! Thank you!!!
