When I recently had operational problems with my desktop PC a friend and colleague who had used SRM Solutions recommended Shaun to me. Shaun was a brilliant help - I contacted him late on a Friday evening and he was able to help me, coming to collect my laptop on a Saturday morning, sorting a repair and bringing it back Sunday. He kept me informed me the whole time and was pleasure to deal with.Thanks Shaun!

I rarely leave reviews but make a exception for Shaun! I contacted him first thing about my faulty PC. He collected it later that morning and called me in the afternoon about next steps. He sourced a replacement part, fixed the fault and 24 hours later it was back. All over a weekend too! Really excellent service at a very reasonable price. Thank you Shaun!

Shaun replaced the creaky hard drive in my laptop with a solid state replacement and transformed it. It now goes from off to desktop in about 10 seconds. Highly recommended.

I contacted Shaun when my laptop had a broken casing and potential damaged screen. He sourced all the parts needed to fix it. He kept me informed of costings and collected and dropped off the laptop when fixed. It took less than 24 hours to repair. Really pleased with service and costs.
