Urgent situation, bolier stopped in a family home... Rang countless people, left countless messages and voicemails and nothing. Then I rang KAM, he picked up the phone, and was also available to come over in an instant! Polite, quick and professional, he sorted us the gas boiler and checked a smaller fault on heating system in a few hours! Recommended!

Quick response, showed up at time agreed less than 24 hours after initial contact. Got straight to work diagnosing our heating problem, worked systematically and quickly isolated the two independent issues - which were fixed on the spot (including partsalready ointhe van). Based on this experience I have no hesitation to recommend KAM Plumbing and Heating and will use them again should the need arise.

Fabulous Service. Kam responded very quickly - on a snowy day when other plumbers were not prepared to venture out. He was more than competent, diagnosing the problem (a new fan was required) within minutes. As it was a Sunday, he was unable to purchase the fan that day, but promised to call back with the fan on the following day. True to his word, Kam purchased the fan and fitted it on the Monday. Kam kept us informed of progress at every stage. He was completely reliable; and a pleasure to do business with. We'd give him 6 stars if we could.

Unfortunately the diagnostics of our boiler carried out by KAM plumbing were incorrect and subsequently the repairs that they carried out were not necessary. I was then ghosted when I pointed this out and asked for a re-diagnostic of the problem. Really surprised given the good reviews on google.

Recently used Kam again for a second time to undertake a gas leak and repair on the boiler for one of my properties.Called him first thing in the morning and he was able to come over as promised later in the afternoon.Kam is very professional and knowledgable, he keeps you updated and his charges are very reasonable. It is evident he puts the customer first and I will certainly use him again, happy to recommend Kam to all my friends and family.

Booked Kam for a last minute boiler check-up and for a leak issue (faulty water insert to replace). Kam was spot on time, fast, efficient and helpful. His prices were reasonable too as he charged me a reasonable amount according to the work needed. I will definitely use his services again.
