Incredible product and service from Select Line. Should also probably add emotional support also after they stepped in and saved the day from the horrendous LVT flooring completed by another Swindon flooring company who had not properly prepared the floor and then poorly laid the tiles.Mike personally came out to view our floor and advise us on what needed to be done to rectify it. He also advised us on the product to have and colour that would best compliment our kitchen and hallway. The fitters were then very knowledgable and attentive to the job and cleaned up as they went. Could not recommend Select Line enough (advice would be to stay away from any company who use Facebook to advertise no matter what the reviews say!)

Very good service, with quality options, excellent advice and very efficient installation.Mum wanted new flooring for her bungalow, but wasn't sure of her options. At the showroom, Mike explained all suitable choices, and Mum decided on a Moduleo floor for her lounge.It transformed the space so beautifully, she has since had the same fitted to the hall and main bedroom.Highly recommended, thank you to all at Selectline.

I recently had a beautiful Karndean floor fitted throughout my house by this Company and am beyond delighted with it. The service I received was second to none, they spent almost a week in my home, nothing was too much trouble, they were 100% reliable, professional and left everything perfectly tidy at the end of every day. After the fitting they even returned to talk to me to make sure I was happy with every aspect of the fit. I would definitely recommend and will use again on other projects.

Just had our dining room floor replaced by Select Line and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Just the right level of help and advice from Wayne in the showroom and Andrew, who came and fitted the floor was brilliant. I can thoroughly recommend.

We bought Vinyl tiles floors from this company and we were told that we can return some of the boxes if we ordered too many (no one mentioned there is a time limit).Our installer delayed the job for around 6 weeks and when he finished it, we were left with one intact box.I send an email to ask to return the goods but no one bother to answer. 3 weeks after I send the email we contacted Select Line, initially some chap called Mike said is not possible to return it because is too late.I mentioned it that his MD (who sold us the floors) confirmed that we can return the goods, so he had to check with his MD and for our surprise the message was the same and the excuse was because they don't know how we kept the goods and some other lame ones (the floors stayed all the time in the garage in the same place where the Select Line driver dropped the boxes and I can't imagine May and June temperatures to affect the box more than in their warehouse).Is just a box, luckily is not going to burn a hole in the pocket but the idea of not keeping their word I find it very unprofessional.So if you were to ask me, don't buy from this company and don't trust what Mr Wayne Johnstone will tell you.

Clearly don’t want or need business. Store completely empty when we went in around 4pm today. The bell/alarm went off twice when we arrived and we spent at least 5 mins looking around. We pretty much knew what we wanted - quickstep laminate flooring and was confirming the floor we had seen online was the one we wanted aka a quick sale/business. We could hear 2 male and 1 female voice talking during the visit in back of shop about kids schooling but absolutely no one came to greet us or said “please bear with us we will be available once shortly”. Very poor/absent of customer service
