Can not say how helpful this lady is last minute let down with our bridesmaid dresses didn't fit no hoop in 2 days the dress fits and we have a hoop and one happy little bridesmaid ,very polite and very helpful can not thank this lady enough how quick and good her services are thank you xx

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND: Went for a bridesmaid dress for my 9 year old grandaughter on the 2nd February 2019, expecting to come home with one, but was told it had to be ordered and it it would arrive in plenty of time before the wedding which was Sunday 3rd March 2019 and that I would receive a message on the following Monday telling me when it would arrive. I received a message saying it would arrive w/c 25th February which was only 6 days before the wedding ( which I do not think is plenty of time at all!) which made me worry that it wouldn't arrive in time. I rang on the 26th Februaryonly to be told it was on its was and I would recieve a message when it did arrive. I received a message on the Thursday 28th February whislt at work to say it had arrived. So we went on the Friday 1st March after my grandaughter finished school we arrived there around 4.15pm from Leeds only to find it was the wrong dress that had been ordered , it was the wrong style, material, and the size was wrong as it was baggy at the top. I burst into tears given that it left me with one day to the wedding to sort something out for a bridesmaid dress or find a replacement dress. I was busy enough with the final details for the wedding without having to have this on top! I was extremely angry and disappointed that this happend

(Jackie Eeles) due to be Mrs Drummond.For the past 3 months,Ann has been working very closely with me and especially my maid of honour as I live some distance away.nothing has been to much trouble for Ann.ive been able to buy 3 beautiful bridesmaid dresses and also have a one of a kind hand made by Ann wedding gown even thought I had a budget i had to stick too. Ann has produced I have to say a absolutely beautiful vintage lace gown,never in my wildest dreams I'd have been able to find anything like it.ann has a pure talent, she is so dedicated to the point of even opening the boutique especially for us on a Sunday so we can travel there for a fitting.ann even calls me regularly to keep me up dates. I am due to return in a weeks time for possibly my final fitting that I'm so excited for. My bridal party are also joining me for there final fittings too.so it's going to be an emotional day. Finally starting to sink in that I'm getting married in just 8 weeks time.thanks to Ann she has made my dream a reality because she cares and puts her brides first and foremost and makes you feel truly special. I'm just gutted that Ann is a distance from where I am getting married as I would have loved her to be a part of my special day and be there.next week I will be giving my final review, so anyone reading this I would truly be recommending Ann highly for your most important day of your life. We took our dress that was bought from another shop and Ann couldnt have been more helpful . The alterations were done and Ann made my daughter feel relaxed about the whole experience . Anyone wanting alterations take yourselves to thus shop and you wont be dissapointed.

Because I wanted a non traditional wedding dress (red and black), I went to Anne and just from showing her a picture of my ideal dress, she created it perfectly. She kept in touch throughout the whole process from start to finish. I had my day yesterday (1st June 2019) and everybody commented on how beautiful it was. I simply cannot thank Anne enough for producing such a unique wedding dress which made my day extra special.

I bought a lovely dress from here to wear at my friends wedding and also had it altered. I was very pleased with the quality of the dress and price was good as well, well worth the money.Alterations where made with perfection, highly recommend this lovely boutique and staff was super friendly.

Omg this shop needs closing down. DO NOT GO THERE FOR YOUR DRESS.Although the dresses are beautiful the whole experience was horrendous.To say the amount of money that was spent there was absolutely NO customer service. The sales lady was miserable and showed no enthusiasm whatsoever.The changing room made the dress look yellow and the mirror was obscured and filthy. We were not offered any assistance such as a box to stand on ,As the dress was too long or clips to show how it would look after alterations.Seriously this is the most depressing wedding shop I have ever been in and would definitely never recommend it .

I bought my dream wedding dress from this shop! From the moment I first went there (a year before the wedding) to the week before the wedding to pick my dress up the whole experience was brilliant. No stress, helpful and put at ease all what you want in the run up to your big day. The lady was very helpful and did all alterations for me including my little boys page boy trousers! All in all very good service.

Ann has been an amazing wonderful person by altering a bridesmaid dress (not purchased from her I might add) at the last minute, cant praise her or thank her enough, for her brilliant work x

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Appalling customer service from the moment we ordered the dress. They initially forgot to order the dress (despite sending me confirmation and estimated due date) and had to wait a further 5 months (8 months overall) for the dress to come in. Ridiculous excuses for the delay and were not cooperative over the telephone. Upon FINALLY collecting my dress there was zero enthusiasm and again little customer service. I had to get myself into the dress, the room was dark and dingy, the mirror was obscured and dirty. Not the mention that there was nothing to stand on so the dress of course too long in length bunched around my feet and I couldn't get a good feeling for the dress leaving me uncomfortable. This is certainly not what you would expect when you pay so much for a dress! I left feeling underwhelmed and unexcited about my dress. I sincerely hope that no other bride is left to feel this way from the actions of the store.
