Great coffee, great food, and the staff are always lovely. Always clean and nothing is ever too much trouble. Can sometimes be a bit cool due to it's location, but that's absolutely not their fault at all.

Very busy location but despite this you can usually find a seat and the tables are cleared and wiped down pretty efficiently. Staff very friendly and helpful.

They definitely need more staff. There was a long wait and it seemed like only one lady was making drinks. She was doing an amazing job and was very quick. There aren’t many tables at busy times and people seem to sit on the tables that aren’t customers of Starbucks which is annoying.

Service a jumble as CUSTOMERS all standing around trying to listen out for drink and food calls.There has to be a better way when it's busy...?

Is what it is a standard Starbucks coffee shop inside a shopping centre, the guy serving us was very cheerful and happy , lots of seats available, queue was not to bad , good for a caffeine pitstop if Christmas shopping

Good coffee, good atmosphere and friendly staff. Did not have anything to eat but it all looked great. The app didn't allow me to say 'not applicable' so my rating for food is only based on its appearance behind the counter. Would not hesitate to order food from there in the future though.
