Worst experience ever. The staff don’t even know the word CUSTOMER SERVICE & RESPECT, guys we’re paying our money not for free you’ve to do what the customer need and if they don’t like the thing you done then you’ve to make it for them instead of being rude and the work the done is ridiculous and they cost £40 . We’re ready to pay £100 if the work is that good and neat. My finger is bleeding. The one star I given is for wasting my time. Just ridiculous

The staff member I had met was lovely and my nails look great. They look better than the reference picture. Only thing i could complain is that multiple people were barging in and filing complaints which were fairly reasonable such as overcharging and locking a 14 year old girl in the shop after the center had closed which is outrageous.

Amazing customer service, funny and lovely staff. Got my nails done a few weeks ago had a few problems with them and went back and the staff were amazing and helped me out straight away. Thank you so much, would 100% recommend.
