Amazing service, recently purchased equipment from Nisbets having gone to the store prior to the purchase, the staff are truly amazing and helpful. Even after the sale they have continued to help and give support on the equipment and other quires, Charlotte Topham has been outstanding and very helpful.The product itself has been working wonderfully but the aftersales service and care has really reassured us that we made the right choice by using Nisbets.

Bought 2 chef jackets priced at £15.99 charged £26.99 at the till didn't notice till I got home rang to point this out told the price had changed on the till that morning but the price displayed is what I should be charged by law I believe its not my fault they didn't change the price on the item when speaking to them it was tough luck on my part need better customer service training
