Good choice of products with most items being readily available ex-stock, quality of goods is good and they are competitively priced. The ordering, payment and delivery process is very good, with good communications. I recently ordered suits and belts from Tony on Tuesday, and they arrived the next day, although the postage I had requested was only second-class, so much quicker than I expected, a first class service in all respects.

Have been dealing with these guys for about a year now and they are now my supplier of choice for TaeKwon-Do supplies.

THREE MONTHS SINCE WE RETURNED 15 DEFECTIVE SUITS AND NOREFUND/REPLACEMENT GOODS RECEIVED YET!We purchased 15 black belt suits in good faith from this supplier lastyear and within a month the suits had fallen to bits - fraying at hems,discolouration of the black edging and holes appearing in seams. Thesefaults were acknowledged by the supplier as other customers hadcomplained about the quality of suits they had purchased around thesame time. Since then, the majority of communication has been via uschasing with very slow response rates. We are now nearly £500 out ofpocket and we have bought replacement suits for our students at our ownexpense. This is a final plea...CAN WE HAVE OUR MONEY BACK PLEASE?

I purchased some equipment and a Dobok for my son. When I encountered a difficulty Tony was amazing and sorted out the issue to my satisfaction. I will definitely be ordering more supplies from them in the future. Thank you so much.
