Jill was welcoming and professional, she was following Covid regulations and this put me at ease during my treatment. Visited Jill when I pulled a muscle whilst gardening. She booked me in at short notice. She identified exactly what was causing me pain and clearly explained everything to me. She treated me and then gave me some exercises to carry out at home. Wthin a couple of days I was sorted. Jill was really lovely and I would highly recommend.

After a car crash I went to Jill, where she diagnosed whiplash. I had a course of treatment on my neck, shoulders and lower back. It was very intensive with deep tissue massage. Jill was very professional but put one at one's ease. My back became more flexible and pain-free at the end of the treatment. Would thoroughly recommend her to both young and old.
