Ordered the rice box and sadly it was just dry and flavourless. The branches in london or oxford are much better. It’s a shame because I was excited to finally live somewhat closer to a pepes branch :(

Beautiful chicken wings. I recommend mild if you don’t like spice at all but love flavour. The hot ones are similar with just a little burn on your lips but still 10/10. Great service lovely staff couldn’t be more accommodating.If you’re hesitant to go, go.You won’t regret it :)

I have recently tried pepe’s chicken and it was really delicious and tasty i loved it. The staff were really friendly and lovely. The chicken tasted like it was infused so much juice in it.

Ordered via Uber Eats and it arrived late and stone cold. The food looked nothing like the pictures. I know they rarely do, but the pitta was hard, but not as hard and bland as the chicken. The wings made me give it two stars, but the chips and chicken breast was awful.

Dreadful service and unprofessional attitude from both staff and manager Mohamed. After waiting for a long period of time, I had to call the store to enquire about the delay. Turned out no drivers were free on either JustEat or UberEats. The world must have a shortage of delivery drivers according to them. Anyways this isn’t the first occurrence my order has been misled by management. I was told the order was then on the way, however 30mins lapsed and no food delivered ‘still preparing’. The store either has shortage of drivers or JustEat and UberEat have less drivers? Who knows. I had to get uberEat to intervene and cancel the order. Unprofessional misleading, mistake to order from here! Never Again

First time customer here, and an extremely happy one! We came after it was recommended to us by a friend, and we had ordered the combo platter for takeaway in-store. From entry, we were amazed with their very clean surroundings (almost immaculate) & were met with the best energy from the staff. Our server was Talha who has provided us with an excellent customer service, recommending us the best of their menu. I must say the food is indeed really good and good value for money too with big portions. Definitely highly recommend this place.
