Liars, cheats and thieves. We paid £599 for a bed in June for September delivery. Then to be told November and still no bed. Asked for a refund and no response to many emails. Seeking legal action. Do not trust these people - con artists !

Lovely bed once constructed but would have benefitted from some instructions or at least some stickers identifying the joints as the hand written pen was very difficult to read in some cases.Would also have been helpful if the website could have specified the recommended mattress depth as the bed we chose requires a really thin mattress that was actually quite hard to source.

This guys are THIEF,They took my money and didn’t deliver the product, I sent them 20 emails,and no reply, there is no number to call, The phone number in the website is not correct. I order December 2021 and I still don’t have the products. Please please don’t order from this company, this company is a scam, I’m pretty sure all of this good reviews is written here is written by themselves,if you want to see all of the Real reviews check trust pilot website. Ordered a kids bed from them a month agoThey have not delivered or answer emails. Their phone number leeps ringing with no answerAVOID!

We've ordered a wooden single house bed with mattress and bottom drawer. We were told it was in stock and delivery was less than 2 weeks.They kept the word on this and deliver beautiful house bed straight to my little one's room. I will be recommending the shop to my friends and family.

I have bought small double house bed recently, it arrived very quick and very well packed ! Well made, good quality and looks amazing ! Plus it’s not too complicated to assemble. The team was very helpful and very supportive.Our little boy loves his new bed he says his new bed is EPIC !Well done Kikaboo shop you put a very big smile on my little boy face. Thank you ☺️

Kikaboo and their sister company Mr Housey.com have been incredibly responsive and I can honestly say their customer service has been first rate. I was a little dubious of the payment method but was assured and. Provided with a secure payment link to complete payment. I do like that they advise you of estimated delivery date to confirm it's acceptable before taking payment! They kept me up to date with estimated delivery dates and even offered me an in stock alternative at no extra cost to ensure the new bed would be in situ prior to our new arrival coming. So we could move my daughter into her new bed. Any issues have been resolved quickly and satisfactorily. I would encourage anyone deliberating about placing an order who is sceptical and read previous reviews that they are a genuine company with great customer service.
