My exhaust hanger broke and they fixed it back up to the car when I brought it in the next morning and didn't charge. They walked me through what was wrong with the exhaust and tried to find a replacement - even though my car will need a custom exhaust as it's discontinued... All-in-all, great service :-)

Broke down on the M40 and managed to limp the car to First 4. It was a Friday afternoon but they were still good enough to make the time to look at my car. Alan was meticulous, thorough and very professional in his assessment, diagnosis and explanation of the issue. And he was able to get us back on the road to finish our journey to Witney. Shame I do not live closer to Beaconsfield else I would make this my garage of choice. Thanks again.

terrible experience. took my car in for a service and asked them to do a diagnostic check because I had a transmission message pop up.. they told me it was all fine and I ended up stranded because the car went into limp mode( transmission problems, apparently they didn't check) on getting to another garage I was told my back tyres were not suitable to drive on(first4service also missed that) called in to complain and got hung up on. that's how I just got treated.. so I wonder what I paid £299 for a service for..

Be careful because they try to charge £30 antibacterial charge on top of the fee for the MOT - I wouldn’t mind if this had been discussed in advance but when I asked how much initially there was no mention of this extra charge. Owners wearing no mask so clearly don’t care about covid just trying to rip off customers.

Called up as car had gone in to limp mode, asked how soon it could be looked at told to drop it round as soon as possible which I did! Diagnosed the problem part ordered fitted and back on the road in under 3 hours! Now that’s what I call service, many thanks to Jeff at First 4 Service

Took my sons car for an MOT and they were great with me. First time using this garage and felt like they were very helpful and friendly. I’ll be taking my car there for an MOT and if I have any other problems.I’ve read some of the reviews on here and I definitely didn’t feel ripped off at all.

Excellent service, both personally and on my car. Pick up and drop off service at no charge, friendly and professional. Price quoted is the price you pay, no hidden extras that you get with some garages. I have used First 4 Service before and will certainly use again.

I took my car for air conditioning check and they said on the computer needed a A/c sensor and re gas. Took the car back as requested , did not once get a phone call all day to say if it was fixed or not . I had to call in twice .on the last call to be told it wasn’t fixed and now needs a new compressor ! Completely the opposite to what was diagnosed !I was then told the car had a massive oil Leak from the turbo of which it didn’t have any leak when it went there and I need drive shafts done. My car has been fully maintained and I am shocked by the owners manner In saying “ just get rid of it “ it’s an Audi convertible and cars cost money to buy , they aren’t disposable every time there is a problem . I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied and I would advise no one to use this garage !
